Website goals

This website is a bit of an experiment and should evolve over time to be something that the community can make use of. We aim for the following use cases;

• Announce VWS events and keep the community and playerbase updated with news.
• Provide core information for VWS events as well as resources and support.
• Archive VWS event details such as tournament scores, lists and photos.
• Collate useful, generic resources for the FoW/Battlefront community, particularly those in Scotland and the rest of Europe.

What’s on the website now?

The content will be ever changing, but for now we have the following types of information;

• About – High-level information about VWS and the site.
• News – A page that shows the list of posts we have made.
• Events – A collated view of the upcoming VWS events.
• Archive – Results, report and images of legacy events.
• Contact – Information on how to reach the VWS Committee.

Updates to the site will be coming over the months leading up to the next event (which is Operation: Saltire III), so we hope you stick around and get involved!
